"Shower Talk" is exactly what it sounds like - the ideas or words you say to yourself when no one is around to hear you. It's the song you belt out when no one can hear you singing, or even when everyone can hear you but you're too enthralled to care.

For me, showers are a place of creativity and security. Showering is almost like being in this weird cocoon - warm and shrouded from outside influences. Likewise, my piano studio room is another cocoon. These are the thoughts that come to me when I'm alone in a creative space.
